Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Zenkey (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Zenkey is a keyboard-first productivity application that provides users with:

• A unified command palette interface
• Timer and focus management tools
• Task and calendar management
• Application blocking features
• Music and media controls
• Workflow automation capabilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zenkey only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use the service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the service to compete with or create a similar product

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of Zenkey, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Waitlist and Pre-Launch

During our pre-launch phase:

• Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the application
• We may store your waitlist status locally in your browser for convenience
• We reserve the right to determine the order and timing of access grants
• Waitlist position may be subject to change based on various factors
• We may contact you via email regarding your waitlist status and product updates

Intellectual Property Rights

The Zenkey service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zenkey and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that:

• The service will be available at all times without interruption
• The service will be error-free or completely secure
• All features will work as expected in all environments
• The service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zenkey, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zenkey and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will cease immediately
• Any data associated with your account may be deleted
• Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zenkey operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Severability
